Visitor hours will be changed, starting from November 2023
Admittance of visitors to the Consular section of the Russian Embassy in Dublin, appointments in the electronic queue have been limited as well as the period of processing of all documents is extended due to the insufficient number of consular staff. This situation is the result of delays in processing by the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ireland of the visa requests for our staff members. We kindly ask for understanding of the circumstances which are beyond our control.
In view of this, starting from November 2023, the consular section is open for visitors on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 09.00 am to 11.45 am by appointment only (except Russian national holidays). On Monday and Friday the Consular Section is closed for visitors.
