Check online the existence of arrears in customs payments in Russia
In accordance with Part 1 of Article 27 of the Federal Law of August 15, 1996 No. 114-FZ "On the Procedure for Exiting the Russian Federation and Entering the Russian Federation", tax evasion by a foreign citizen while staying in the Russian Federation may be considered as a reason for refusing such a person entry to the Russian Federation next time.
This rule also applies to the cases of non-fulfillment by a foreign citizen of the obligation to pay customs duties and taxes on time, including the violation of the conditions for the temporary importation of vehicles into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation has launched an information service that allows to check online the existence of arrears in customs payments and decisions taken by customs authorities on non-authorization of entry into the Russian Federation.
